(VSF) Vicsal Scholarship Program is started in the year 2007 with 24 scholars enrolled in diffrent universities and Colleges in Cebu. This Scholarship program is mainly used to assist financially Challenged students from the Public high schools.
Vicsal Scholarship Program eventually increased the number of scholars, Education consists of 80% of VSF Entire Operations
Vicsal Scholarship requirements
- He or She must be a Groduate or a Graduating Students of any Public Senior High School within the Cebu
- General average not lower than 88%
- With no Grade per Subject lower than 80%
- Must not exceed Annual Gross family income of Both parents/Guardians to PHP300,000.00
- He or She must be Good Moral Character
- He or She must not have any other Scholarship Grants either form Government or from Private Institutions.

- Full Tuition and Other school fees per sem
- Monthly allowance of PHP2,500.00
- Book allowance of PHP3,000.00 per semester.
- Fees reimburseent upto PHP2,000 for scholar Graduates
- Attendance to education related activities i.e Scholars annual gathering and formation/ leaderships workshops or trainings.
