Requirements to apply Scholarship
- Certificate of Registration/Registration Form (1st Semester S.Y. 2023-2024);
- RENEWED Muntinlupa Care card/Claim Stub/Receipt (Issued starting 2022 only)
- Copy of Voter’s ID or Muntinlupa Care card of BOTH parents or legal guardians (if minor)
1. Granted to Grade 12 graduates of School Year 2022-2023 and who were MSD Beneficiaries (Public and Private);
2. Granted to Grade 12 public school graduates who are resident of Muntinlupa City.
3. Must be accepted or enrolled in an academic institution within Luzon.

Scholarship Benefits:
- Each shall be given the amount of P5,000 as one time initial assistance.
