The Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education (EBHTE) The access to Higher and Modern Education Scholarship Program (AHME-SP) in now open application for the Academic year 2025 – 2026 Interested applications may submit their applications online via the AHME Portal.
Who are Eligible to Apply?
To Apply for The Scholarship Program you need to follow the Eligible requirements given below:
- Must be incoming freshmen taking up for 4 or 5 years undergraduate or
- Bachelor’s Degree
What are the Qualifications?
Following are the list of Qualifications to Apply Scholarship Program:
- Must be a BARMM RESIDENT
- Must be enrolled in BARMM Priority Programs
- Must be in Senior High School or Alternative learning system(ALS) Graduate.
- Not a recipient of any other scholarship or Grant
For underprivileged, Disadvantage or low-income sector
- Family Gross annual income of Parents/Guardian does not exceed PHP400,000.
- An Orphan
- A Child of Solo Parent
- A Person with disability (PWD) or a child of a PWD;
- A Member of the indigenous People (IP) Community or a Child of an IP Parent
- An Internally Displaced Person (IDP).
Scholarship Benefits
Those who qualify for the Scholarship will get a Benefits of PHP30,000 Per Semester.
Documentary Requirements to Apply
To Apply AHME Scholarship program you need to follow the Required Valid Documents:
- Original Copy of Birth Certificate (PSA) – Philippine Statistics Authority;
- 2×2 ID Picture with Name (White Background);
- Certificate of Residency form the Barangay with Applicant’s Name.
- Academic Documents:
- Form 138 for Senior high School Graduates;
- Accreditation and Equivalency Test passer Certificate for an alternative learning System;
- Latest Income Tax Return (IRT) of one or both parents
